Business Process Management (BPM) analyses the activities and the organisation of a company in a transversal way, in order to (re) form the structure of the organisation, to measure the performance, to optimise the activities and to facilitate the communication.

On one hand, Process automation aims to translate business needs into informatics solutions (by workflow systems and document management). One the other hand, client interaction has the goal of increasing the client satisfaction and interaction quality, this implies a reflexion on interaction scenario, information architecture and ergonomics.
- Risk & compliance
A secure way of control and compliance-checking is defined and implemented, through methods and procedures that control all the possible risks that are encountered by administrative or financial organisations. Why? So the company can be guided all along the way towards conformity with their objectives, in order to obtain certification (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley).
- Project Management & Communication
Project Management controls the organisation of the project, enforces the participation in the project, develops supporting tools, considers the risks, integrates the project objectives in a long-term view and relies on an effective project communication.
