Quick Win 1-2-3 GO! Approach

The « Quick Win 1-2-3 Approach » is an approach for a project in process improvement within a limited timeframe, at reduced risk and cost and proposing a tangible solution. The principle is to realise a mission of Process Improvement in a short period. The followed approach is based on BPM and Lean Six Sigma best practices with 3 steps:

1. Scoping,
2. Diagnosis of the present situation
3. Redesign that defines the new validated way of working.

The result of each step is summarised in a document. A last step, the “GO” corresponds to the deployment of the new way of working.

Approach 1 2 3 Go
